Basingstoke Network Rail Campus, UK

The Basingstoke Railway Operating centre (ROC) is set to become Network Rail’s new regional headquarters housing up to 2,000 staff. This centre is an important part of the Network Rail and South West Trains Alliance, providing training and office space for staff working across the route. XS CAD was responsible for creating MEP coordinated drawings. By using Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks software, we produced well-coordinated, clash-free building services and detailed single services drawings on site. Crossgates Mall, New York, US

The Crossgates Mall has over 250 stores, services and restaurants including an 18-screen multiplex. The Crossgates Mall is the second-largest shopping mall in New York and fourth-largest in the state. XS CAD provided architectural BIM models for the entire project using legacy data and scanned drawings. Birmingham Children’s Hospital, UK

Birmingham Children’s Hospital, a UK specialist paediatric centre has a new clinical facility building located in the Steelhouse Lane with a link to the iconic Victorian building. In addition to single en-suite rooms, it will provide new and improved patient facilities for cancer, haematology and stem cell services as well as three theatres and 18 surgical beds. The ProCure21+ (P21+) project was designed in partnership with the hospital’s clinicians. XS CAD provided M&E (MEP) Coordination services for the new building of the hospital. We were provided with a 3D design model and specific requirements about design changes by the client. Bahia Beach Resort

Surrounded by 500 acres of lush forest, Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club in Puerto Rico, includes luxurious facilities such as a golf course, a spa, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and elegant villas. XS CAD created a series of 3D images during the design and development phase. All images were presented in ‘chalk’ effect allowing clients to review and add comments before finalising the design. Plymouth Science Park Phase 5

Plymouth Science Park in Devon is the largest science park in southern England. Developed on a 25 acre site, it has an accommodation of 14,000 m2, which includes offices, wet and dry laboratories. XS CAD used Autodesk Navisworks and Revit MEP to create a BIM model, identifying all clashes and delivering clash-free coordinated installation drawings. South Molton Community College. England, UK

South Molton Community College in the English county of Devon, is a co-educational foundation secondary school with a capacity of 620 students. The new school has an area of 5,325 sqm and the construction started in October 2016. XS CAD provided coordinated, clash-free and installation ready drawings to the contractors of this project. The Villas at Turquoise Banks

The Villas at Turquoise Banks comprises six residences, both 3 bedroom villas and 4 bedroom villas set in an idyllic location. XS CAD created 3D photorealistic rendered images using Autodesk 3DS Max and Adobe Photoshop, based on the Revit model and material specification provided by the client. Lupin - US based pharmaceutical companies

XS CAD combines the latest in visualisation technology to deliver architectural rendered images for a range of clients, including homebuilders, retailers, and architects. Our 3D architectural rendering services are used by them for conceptual planning, designing, marketing and sales purposes. Lupin, a US based pharmaceutical company wanted to set up a 7,000 sq ft office in a Grade A building in Mumbai’s evolving business park at Bandra Kurla Complex, India. Pall Mall

XS CAD provides dedicated 3D MEP (M&E) modelling support services to leading MEP designers and MEP contractors and consultants. Covering 4,500 sqm, Pall Mall is a new building development behind an exemplary Portland façade. Incorporating luxury residential apartments in this London location, this new scheme preserves the period façade of the building on the right and build a new modern-day facade to the left. XS CAD was provided with a consultant design and was asked to produce a Revit MEP coordinated clash free model and detailed installation ready sheets for the project. Cambridge UTC - UK

Cambridge UTC college, situated in the UK is a three-storey building accommodating 670 students specialising in biomedical and environmental sciences and technologies. XS CAD provided 3D MEP modeling and MEP Coordination services for the entire building. Our task was to identify and validate clashes within disciplines. We used Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks software (a specialist interference-checking application). We also worked on creating single service sheets within the site. South Devon UTC situated in England, UK will accommodate 600 students studying engineering and science. The building is equipped with a unique building design which provides 8 specialist engineering workshops, 7 science laboratories as well as ICT and general teaching space.
