Tanya Noyman has been working in Milan since 1998.
She graduated in Industrial Design in 1997 from the Academy of Arts and Design, founded by Baron Stieglitz in St.Petersburg, Russia.
After completing an internship at the industrial design studio of "Studio Santachiara" between 1999-2001 and the fashion design studio of "Martino Midali" in 2002, Tanya attended a 1 year jewelry design course in 2003 organized by the IGI (Italian Gemmology Institute) and ADOR (Association of Jewelry Designers).
In 2004 Tanya collaborated for a short period with the jewelry brand, Leaderline, in Milan. Later in the same year she became a freelance designer and since then has collaborated with Binda Group, Etro and Forevermark (De Beers Group).
In 2003 she has applied for for her first patent and developed own alternative jewellery collection called "Borgia" using silver, acrylic, semi-precious gems and liquid metal. Tanya subsequently exhibited this collection in 2008-09 at the "Gioiello Italiano Contemporaneo, Tecniche e Materiali tra Arte e Design", which was held at the Valmarana Palace (Vicenza, Italy) and at the Kunstgewerbemuseum (Berlin, Germany).
In 2007 Tanya participated in the exhibition "Luxury Design" Triennale in Milano with a new design of ring called "Morfeo", the concept of which is based on a magnetic cushion.
In 2010-11 she started experimenting with recycled materials and in 2012 launched "Smartring", her first collection using recycled magnets from hooks, filters, speaker parts, motor parts and generators.
