Inspired by the images of the circus in the 1920/30s, Andrea Scarpellini, a young Italian designer, created a coat hanger with a classic, quite comic and poetic image of a “strongman”, with a large curved moustache and a tank top.
Made of painted sheet metal, laser cut and folded, it has four convenient hooks: one in the centre, two on the arms and one on the head.
It comes with anchors and screws to hang it on the wall, and two coloured screw caps that transform into stylized buttons.
It’s produced in two sizes, big and small, and in various colours. They are ideal for a youthful and modern home, perhaps for the kid’s room or even in public areas and meeting places such as gyms, swimming pools, bars, restaurants and shops.
