In Krakow, the main cultural, artistic and academic center of Poland, studio Ingarden & Ewy, won a competition in 2005 and seven years later, in 2012,  the "Garden of the Arts" is fulfilled.
The project is very interesting because it stands out to the city with the typical strength of a large structural complex but also with the commendable ability to blend with its open spaces and its infrastructural dimension. The attention to details also assumes a crucial value.

Designed for exhibitions, film screenings, symposiums, conferences, art auctions, fashion shows, and strategically located in the city (it is located in front of the public library in the university area), it houses inside, a conference room, a concert hall , a studio theater, a cinema and spaces for banquets and exhibitions, with a capacity of about 300 people.
"The form of the building is a contextual game between mimesis and the abstraction" claims the architect Krzysztof Ingarden. "In practice, this means that the building is by no means a simulacrum of the context, but rather draws inspiration from the code of contextual forms by making references to the geometry of the roofs and tissue of the neighbouring structures applied for the abstract geometrical compositions of the façades".
